my kind of procrastination

Does it ever happen for you to postpone a whole bunch of things you'd planed to do for the day or you are a type of person who gets everything done on time and then just enjoy yourself?
Well, I hate to say, but I am a typical procrastinator. I'd do anything but what I must do even if my deadline has already past. Not always, of course! Just for the day I'd explor my well-known environment, paint my nails  thousand times, play silly games on my iPod Touch, watch tv, surf internet, epilate my legs even though there's no hairs left to remove, make pasta with paprica chicken for a friend stopping by for a quick cup of coffee, smoke a hell lots of cigarettes, drink coffee even though my energy level is already up and going strong, day dream of bizzare things such as fish in my tummy, and etc. As you have probably noticed, there is now room for serious things in my daily routine for today :))
So... how was your day darlings? hope not as productive as mine...;)

Tried to remember what I was dreaming about last night

... and fell asleep again. I am so bad at remembering my dreams. Needless to mention that sometimes I can sleep forever. How about you? Do you write your dreams down on paper, paint them, tell them to your closest ones?

Chinese a day keeps hunger away

Had your dinner yet? My hubby got us Chinese delivery from Pagoda tonight. Yummi! We had steamed damplings, spring rolls with sweet sauce, sesame prawn triangles, sweet & sour pork, and fried rice with mixture of meat and shrimps. Wow! While I was writing all these things we ate I realized how much we actually had )))
Food rocked, but being a graphic designer got me thinking about changing their package for different dishes. Why Chinese delivery food in Cyprus never comes in carton boxes? It's so much fun eating from a pretty box, isn't it.
Somehow, I solved the problem by drawing my own Pagoda delivery box. I guess this website about packaging design got me inspired. It's amazing how your entire experience of eating/using a particular food/drink/product changes once you get to see it wrapped up in a pretty package.

Have a good evening darlings and don't forget to give your stomach some time to digest the amount of food you had for dinner ;)

Afternoon talk by a cup of coffee

Good aftenoon dear followers!
It's a lovely sunny day in Cyprus. And I thought having a cup of filter coffee would be a good idea to boost my energy level considering the fact that partying all weekend long got me completely sick. While drinking it I came up with this illustration showing my working place and myself sitting on my office chair. LOL!

*By the way, to all those supporting Germany in FIFA World Cup 2010 yesterday,  here is one German word for you, Каffeeklatsch, which means afternoon talk/gossip by a cup of coffee )))
